Order cancellation policy
You are entitled to a statutory cooling off period beginning from the date you placed your order and ending 7 working days after you received the goods.
To cancel an order prior to processing, you should forward your original email invoice with a written request for an order cancellation. You should include the reason you are canceling the order. Your request for a cancellation is your agreement to the cancellation policy.

Orders that are placed on our website are processed within seconds of the time that you place them. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled unless you have been notified by email that the product is back ordered or you preordered a product that doesn't exist yet.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase our standard policy for returns is 7 days from date of receipt. Returned items must be not used, original tags must be attached, the item must be returned in the product box if delivered in one, and with no visible wear or damage. We'll be happy to exchange or issue web site credit within this period. Custom made items, dresses, customized items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured mail. ebazaarpk.com will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment (from customer to ebazaarpk). Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and should be insured properly based on the value of the contents. Therefore, customers who wish to return a product should be conscious about which shipping company and method of shipment they choose, please remember that the returning shipping charges are paid by the customer, not by ebazaarpk.com
It is highly unlikely that a customer would receive damaged goods. items are inspected prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event you do receive a damaged item, it must be returned within 7 days of receiving that item. This is necessary in order to control our inventory. Shipped items to you may be different in color, flavor or design from the presented on web, only in case if exact match is not available at that time, but the quality/price would be same.

Delivery Terms We are pleased to announce that ebazaarpkcom is offering FREE Delivery service for all orders placed with us on-line. There will be no service charge for all items to be delivered within our all areas in Pakistan. The amount you see is what you pay. Please note that orders received before 18:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays will be shipped on the same day or next day, unless specified otherwise. Orders made after 18:30 PST on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. There will be special Holiday charges for Sundays and other events like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid and Father's Day. Same Day Delivery (only in Lahore)For all orders requested same day delivery can be arrange provided the orders were received before 1:30 PM Pakistan Time (GMT + 5.00) To guarantee the availability of stocks for peak season delivery like Eid, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, please order at least 3 days in advance.
